Most pieces dispatch within 2-4 business days. Pre-order items include timing on the product page.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Final-sale seasonal pieces are clearly marked.
Can you help me choose pieces for a room?
Yes. Send photos or room details through the contact page and we can suggest textures, tones, and finishing pieces.
Is gift packaging available?
Gift sets arrive wrapped in Avenara tissue. Add a note at checkout once payment is connected.
How does checkout connect later?
The frontend cart can pass products and quantities to Stripe Checkout, Shopify checkout, or a Supabase order workflow.
